All orders shipping within the USA ship NEXT DAY (Mon-Fri.) Orders using USPS Priority Mail are automatically insured up to $100. For your peace of mind and mine, I cover the extra insurance value for the amount of your item, at zero cost to you. I personally cleanse and charge each order using healing Prana prior to shipping. Please know I'm not responsible for mail carriers constantly increasing their prices. Please note that I do my best to showcase the actual beauty of the crystals in my shop. I never enhance pictures or videos with filters and I do my best to use natural or neutral light. Sometimes however, due to cameras not being an actual human eye, or simply due to uploading videos to a platform like this one, they might display slight changes in the color and texture of the crystals. Due to difference in screen displays, item color may appear slightly different in person than as seen in the photo. Rest assured crystals actually look even more stunning in person and all my crystals are responsibly sourced, genuine, natural, and never man-made or heat/chemical altered to be sold as something they are not. I like to add some properties of the crystals I sell but I encourage you to search for more, particularly if you were called to a specific crystal.
All crystal props except for what any listing is describing are for showcase only and are not part of the listing or for sale unless expressly indicated. All of my crystals are natural, mined responsibly from mines that I trust and have an established business relationship with. Because this is a natural product, each piece may have inclusions, natural lines or indentations. This is a normal and natural occurrence of any natural mined crystals and I do my best to pick pieces that have the least amount of such occurrences.

Jewelry Policies and Sizing details
Please read the entire item description as I do my best to include thorough information on sizing and length. If you are unsure a bracelet or necklace will fit, it's best to reach out to confirm or ask for a custom order.
Measuring length: Length options are provided in inches. Please measure your wrist with a clothing measuring tape and choose the right size when ordering. If you don't have one, use a piece of string to wrap around your wrist and then measure the length of the string against a regular ruler.
Sizing: After you've measured your wrist, please add half an inch for a snug fit, or one inch for a looser fit. (If you give me the exact wrist length you measured, without adding half or one inch as suggested, your bracelet may end up fitting too tight and you will be responsible for any expenses related to returning the bracelet for resizing.) If you have specific questions or specific requests regarding size, please email me.
Production time: 1-2 business days after your order is received (unless I'm out of stock on beads, in which case I will contact you with an updated production time.)
Shipping: once order is ready, it will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday, except holidays affecting USPS or other mail carriers)
All custom bracelet sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there's an issue with you order do contact me right away and I will gladly help.
