Refund policy

I do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. All crystal sales are final. Please read sizing instructions for jewelry items before placing your order. All custom jewelry orders are final. I only consider returns in a case by case scenario for jewelry items only, prior agreement with buyer. If you need to return a jewelry item, please contact me immediately. If you experience an issue with your crystal order, please let me know and I’ll gladly help. For health and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns for any personal care items (soaps, sprays or bath salts.)
